About The Role
We are looking for a motivated
Junior IT Trainer to join our dynamic IT team in Bishop's Stortford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, assisting the Training Team with providing full training resources to the firm's 400+ IT users.
What This Role Would Include
- Assisting the training team in developing and delivering high quality learning solutions to the firm by means of instructor lead sessions, e-learning and provisioning guides for end user support.
- Learning and understanding the bespoke legal packages and the underlying Microsoft platform, to work towards delivering training on those systems.
- Working with the firms LMS system including managing user accounts, uploading course content and running reports.

- Positive, friendly with a 'can do' attitude
- Ability to work in a planned and organised way, but can multitask and manage a variety of requests at one time
