We’re looking for a motivated Team Leading Trainer in Manufacturing to join our client’s team and deliver high-quality training to the next generation of professionals! Join a specialist education provider rated Ofsted Grade Two, dedicated to empowering businesses with engaging and empowering learning through apprenticeships and development programmes. Key responsibilities:
- Provide training for Team Leading Trainer in Manufacturing – Level 3 apprenticeships.
- Support learners in implementing lean principles and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor learner progress and ensure the timely completion of apprenticeship milestones.
- Ensuring that as Team Leader in Manufacturing and expert that you offer constructive feedback and tailor teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends in continuous improvement, workforce development, and process optimisation to deliver engaging and relevant training sessions. Requirements:
- Proven experience in Team Leading Trainer in Manufacturing and LMO.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing practices, process improvement techniques, and their practical applications.
- PTTLS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience in delivering apprenticeship training within manufacturing, engineering, or FMCG sectors.
