Salary: Up to £35,000 (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement innovative blended learning programmes and resources specifically for our Health and Social Care Apprenticeship / Diploma provision.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 8 staff members.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff related to programme content and delivery, ensuring a consistent and effective learning experience for all learners and employers.
- Regularly review and analyze performance data, including learner success rates, feedback from learners and employers, EPA results, and IQA feedback to identify areas for additional mentoring or development interventions for tutors.
Essential Criteria:
- Must hold a qualification as an IQA / Quality Assurer.
- Proven occupational competency within Health and Social Care, preferably at a management level (Deputy Manager, Care Manager, Dom Care Manager, etc.).
- Ideally possess a Level 4 / 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (such as NVQ, RMA, or LMC) or equivalent.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues is required.
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
