This organization supports more than 7,000 active apprentices and is recognized as a reputable leader in the training field. They are currently looking for a proficient Curriculum Development Specialist focused on Early Years or Adult Care to enrich their team of apprenticeship developers.
Role Overview: Curriculum Development Specialist (Early Years & Adult Care)
- Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 (Dependent on Experience)
The ideal candidate will possess experience within the Early Years or Adult Care sectors and have transitioned into apprenticeship development, with a strong background in designing and refining apprenticeship standards in the Care sector.
What We’re Looking For:
- As an industry expert, you will lead the training needs analysis process with employers while curating technical learning content for all apprenticeship standards and commercial training programs.
- You will act as a subject matter expert, enhancing the development of learning resources that support a blended learning delivery model.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential, enabling you to effectively manage discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team setting.
- A creative and innovative mindset that prioritizes content quality alongside user experience.
Key Technical Skills:
- Expertise in designing and developing apprenticeship and commercial training courses using diverse methodologies.
- Proficient in formulating innovative curriculum strategies that deliver compelling learner programs and resources.
- Aptitude for converting complex L&D requirements into accessible, user-friendly content.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 (Based on Experience)
- Pension Scheme: 4.5% employer and 4.5% employee contributions
