Imagine a role where you don’t just show up to work — you transform lives. A job where you empower thousands of people every year, shaping their future with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive. If this sounds like the kind of meaningful career you’ve been looking for, keep reading.
Who are we?
We are Training 2 Care, one of the UK’s largest and most trusted care-specific training providers. For over 15 years, we’ve been at the forefront of training for some of the nation’s most respected organizations, including the NHS, leading care providers, the police, fire services, and thousands of others.
With our innovative, hands-on training programs, including our unique experiential training courses that give delegates the opportunity to experience the world from the perspectives of people living with various conditions and illnesses, we do not just train, we change lives for the better.
This is not just another job. It’s a mission.
We are looking for a dedicated, driven individual who wants to help us make a difference. If you're searching for a "quick and easy" job, then this will not be the role for you. But if you are passionate about transforming lives and creating lasting change, then this could be the perfect fit.
What do you need to succeed?
To join our team, you must have experience in the health and social care sector. While previous training experience is a bonus, it’s not essential. What’s most important is your passion for making a difference and your drive to learn.
Why Training 2 Care?
Our trainers are the heart of what we do — and we are proud to have an incredible team of over 30 passionate professionals. They come from diverse health and social care backgrounds, but they all share one common trait: amazing personalities that make them exceptional trainers. They’re engaging, funny, confident, adaptable, and truly inspiring.
If you see yourself as someone with these qualities, or are eager to develop them with the right training, you could soon be delivering extraordinary training sessions yourself as part of the Training 2 Care team.
The Role
As a trainer, you’ll deliver powerful, hands-on training sessions across the UK. This includes delivering our experiential Virtual Dementia Tour and Autism Reality Experience sessions, where you’ll even drive our specially-equipped simulation vans (don’t worry, a standard manual driving license is all you need).
There is a large amount of travel involved with the role as we deliver sessions all over the UK and Ireland so you must be happy to spend long periods of time on the road, and be willing to work some long days. You’ll stay in hotels while on the road if you are working far from home, and you’ll be part of a supportive, high-energy team that’s changing lives every day.
This means that you will not have to worry about arranging work, producing course resources, or sourcing hotels, as this will all be taking care of for you. In fact, the only work you have to do besides delivering sessions is ensuring that you arrive on time!
The role will never get boring, with opportunities to learn and deliver new courses being constantly available.
What’s in it for you?
We believe in rewarding hard work. That’s why we offer bonuses, stay-away allowances, and career progression opportunities as our company continues to grow, as well as providing a company car for those that wish to have one which can result in significant savings for you personally as you will not have to worry about paying out for MOTs, servicing, insurance, road tax, and any repairs that need to be carried out on the vehicle.
If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and make a meaningful difference in the lives of thousands, we want to hear from you!
