Your Role In Our Team
- It’s an exciting time at Saxham, with the establishment of our own purpose-built in-house Academy to inspire the next generation of Service Professionals for our dealer network across the UK and Ireland. We have been committed to growing our own talent through apprenticeships since 2001, and we currently have circa 92 apprentices studying towards qualifications. We are passionate about developing young people to work in our industry and take it forward.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering training modules for recognised Land-Based Engineering Qualifications.
- You will deliver and manage key stages of the learner journey through to achievement. As a number of our Apprentices are under 18, safeguarding and welfare is paramount, and you must have a commitment to ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
- This is a great opportunity to join the Academy during the growth period of the CLAAS Apprenticeship journey, with the opportunity to influence the direction of the in-house programme.

- A passion and skill for fabrication would be advantageous but not mandatory.
- For an informal chat please call Joe Bonito, Head of Academy on 07788 314227.
