Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Aeronautical Lecturer located in Lee-on-Solent. The Aeronautical Lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, both practical and theory, developing course materials, assessing student progress, and providing academic support to students pursuing aeronautical studies.

Essential requirements:
- Strong knowledge of aeronautical engineering principles
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in relevant field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with young people and adults of all levels.
- Ability to engage and motivate
- Hands-on Industry experience in aeronautical engineering
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
