This is an open ended/part time opportunity working 22.5 hours per week
with a requirement to work Monday through Friday starting at 8.30am each day

An exciting part time post has arisen to be part of the Campus Life Desk team responsible for delivering an excellent front line student enquiry service, in line with the University's goal to deliver an outstanding student experience.
Based within the Campus Life Lounge, the Advisors will work closely with the wider Student Support Teams as well as relevant colleagues across all GCU Schools and professional support areas. This is to ensure that students have access to support and advice of the highest quality. This will be conducted in a professional, friendly and efficient manner to ensure consistent delivery of service for all students, staff and visitors to GCU.
As the first point of contact for students, Campus Life Desk Advisors are required to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity of customer care. They will be required to gain an excellent knowledge of the services and support that are available across all areas of the student journey. The successful candidate will have solid customer service background, experience of working in higher education with the ability to demonstrate initiative, and the capability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
