Senior Health and Social Care Trainer
Contract: Full Time or Part time hours available– Monday to Friday
Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 dependant on experience (paid on a pro-rata basis if part time hours worked)

UK Health Enterprises is recognised for its two brands Emcare and Stewart First Aid Training who provide excellence in the delivery of training courses to its clients who are based throughout Scotland. Emcare provides Health & Social Care and Health & Safety training whilst Stewart First Aid Training provides workplace first aid training. We are committed to our clients and ensure that they leave our courses with confidence having had the very best learning experience.
We are a growing business and require trainers to join our client centred training team. At this time, we are looking to hire a trainer who can deliver training across the Social Care subjects especially moving and assisting of people.
Candidates should:
Hold a qualification in relevant social care subject (level 3 and above as a minimum) or be a registered nurse with social care experience.
Have demonstrable experience in supporting clients with all activities of daily living with a health and social care setting.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have strong presentation skills
Have good IT skills
Hold a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle
It would be beneficial if candidates:
Have experience in delivering training to staff working in the Health/Social care sector.
Held or were working towards a training qualification e.g. Education & Training L3
Hold a training qualification in any of the following topics Moving and Assisting, Administration of Medication, Child, and Adult protection.
You will have strong organisation and planning skills and be committed to representing the business in this client facing role.
