Job Advert: Travel and Tourism Lecturer
Location: Newham, London
Hourly Rate: £35 per hour
Position: Temporary, Full-time/Part-Time
Are you passionate about the travel and tourism industry? Do you have a flair for teaching and inspiring the next generation of professionals in this dynamic sector? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Travel and Tourism Lecturer to join our team in Newham on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons on various travel and tourism topics.
- Develop and prepare course materials that meet curriculum requirements.
- Provide students with guidance and feedback to support their academic development.
- Maintain an interactive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Assess and evaluate student performance in line with course objectives and academic standards.
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in Travel and Tourism (Degree or equivalent).
- Previous experience teaching or delivering training in travel and tourism (teaching qualification preferred but not essential).
- A strong understanding of the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve their potential.
