We are seeking to recruit a highly skilled, motivated and experienced teacher to join our dedicated Supported & Inclusive Learning Team (SAIL) in our Work Skills Pathway.
We are passionate about Inclusion and ensuring that young people develop the skills and confidence for work and independent lives and are looking for a teacher who shares this motivation.
You will need to have specialist knowledge and an understanding of educational provision for young people with learning difficulties and disabilities and will be fully committed to inclusive practice. You will have the skills and experience to plan and deliver personalised learning programmes including English, maths, work skills and personal development. Skills and experience within the sector are essential, as is an understanding of person-centred approaches around EHCPs and related processes.
You will need to have the following:
Level 2 qualification in maths and English or the equivalent (e.g. GCSE grade C or above, GCSE grade 4 or above)
Level 3 qualification wihtin area of specialism.
A teaching qualification at level 5 or above is desirable.
