Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coaches and Trainers to join their dynamic team in the Maidstone/Kent area.

The Role of Early Years Trainer/Assessor:
As an Early Years Apprenticeship Skills Coach, you will play a vital role in developing the next generation of Early Years professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting learners up to Level 5 in Early Years.
- Delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Embedding Functional Skills into the curriculum.
- Hosting monthly webinars to provide industry insights and updates.
- Observing and reviewing learner progress to ensure qualification standards are met.
- Maintaining accurate learner records to track progress effectively.
- Visiting learners in their workplaces to provide hands-on support and gather evidence for qualifications.
Requirements of the Early Years Trainer/Assessor:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised Assessor’s Award such as TAQA or CAVA.
- A Level 3 Teaching Qualification (e.g., Award in Education and Training (AET) or PTLLS) – highly desirable.
- A relevant Early Years qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Experience delivering and coaching Early Years Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
- Vocational experience within Early Years/Childcare at Supervisor level or above.
- A full UK Driving Licence with flexibility to travel within the designated region.
