Salary: £27,747 to £31,422 + excellent benefits Contract Type: Permanent, full time, 37 hours, 52 weeks. We are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the Principalship to provide executive support to the Principalship, primarily the Principal & CEO, and administrative support to the Head of Governance. The postholder will be a key member of the Principalship Office Team providing support across a wide variety of functions to ensure effective Principalship Office operation, and will take a proactive role in various projects at strategic level to support Principalship.
This is a challenging, fast paced role that requires excellent communication and IT skills (including thorough and current knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint within the Office 365 alongside Sharepoint), excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work and make decisions under pressure whilst being a collaborative and supportive member of our close-knit team.
