About the RoleRecruitment Officerg to join our Telford Training Centre. In this role, you'll play a vital part in recruiting students onto our training programmes, ensuring they receive the guidance and support they need to achieve their goals.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Actively recruiting students through outreach, networking, and marketing activitiesBuilding strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and other referral sourcesPromoting Juniper pathways and Apprenticeships through career events, recruitment fairs, and pop-up shopsUsing social media to raise Juniper's profile and attract studentsInterviewing potential students and completing accurate paperworkIdentifying support needs and creating initial support plans to ensure students thriveEnsuring our Telford centre meets its student recruitment targets

Confident and outgoingMotivated and goal-drivenOrganised and proactiveAble to
build rapport with young people and guide them on their career journeyFamiliar with using social media platforms to promote services and engage potential students
Qualifications & Experience:Essential:
Minimum of Level 2 English and MathsExperience in outreach, sales, marketing, or recruitmentStrong communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
CEIAG Level 3/4 qualificationExperience working in education/trainingExperience working with 16-18-year-olds
