This role is in our Human Resources Team which is spread across our London, Manchester, Leeds and Edinburgh offices and supports the business internationally. The HR Team is made up of various smaller teams including Learning and Development, Reward, Resourcing, HR Operations HR Business Partnering and the CSR and Diversity team.

You will support assisting with the Business Services Graduate and Apprentice programmes, as well as Legal Apprenticeships through recruitment, development and stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring we grow our talent pipeline from a diverse range of candidates.
What You'll Do:
• Development – you'll lead qualification and completion process, working with the Early Careers Manager to provide guidance and ensure a smooth transition to roles upon completion of the scheme. You will support with the development reviews and provide ongoing support and guidance to graduates and apprentices.
• Recruitment – Support with the recruitment process for graduates and apprentices, managing the application process and screening in a timely and efficient manner. This will include planning assessment centre dates, managing the planning of assessment centres including sourcing assessors, booking candidates, and reviewing assessment documents.
• Marketing – you will execute the firm's graduate and apprentice marketing to ensure relevant information is distributed amongst media brands and outlets. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges and other institutions to promote our programmes and attract top talent is a pivotal part of the role.
Who We're Looking For:
• Experience in recruitment and development of apprenticeships and / or graduate programmes.
• Knowledge and understanding of apprenticeships and graduate programmes highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of a professional services environment
• Experience managing multi-subject apprenticeship and graduate schemes, across multiple UK locations.
• Experience of stakeholder management and building relationships with a range of senior members of our business to deliver a shared objective
• Demonstrated project management skills, including budget management and the ability to lead team members
