We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Trainer at 0.0 Associates LTD. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and educating our sales team to achieve their goals and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding training for new sales representatives, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures.
Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for the sales team to improve their performance.
Evaluate the training needs of individuals and teams and create customized training plans.
Continuously monitor and analyze the sales team's performance to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and feedback.
Collaborate with sales managers to create and maintain a comprehensive training manual for the sales department.
Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to ensure the training content is relevant and effective.
Assist in the creation of sales training materials, presentations, and activities.
Participate in the recruitment process of new sales representatives and provide input on their training needs.

Requirements

No experience needed - Training is provided !
Excellent communication and presentation skills is preferred
Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer psychology, and the sales process.
High level of motivation and results-driven mindset.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify training needs and measure performance.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
