📝 Rquirements:
- You should have an aptitude for delivering training, whether from a previous training position or a strong passion for coaching and mentoring.
- A full clean driving license is essential as this role requires travel across Northern Ireland.
- Good IT literacy and confidence in communicating with a variety of audiences are necessary.
- Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or customer service is essential.
- Flexibility to travel throughout Wales and potentially the UK for on-site training is required.
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
- As a Clinical Software Trainer, you will be the point of contact for GP Practice customers during the migration cycle to our EMIS Web software.
- You will deliver training sessions in various settings (one-to-one, small group sessions, seminar style, and train-the-trainer) both on-site and remotely.
- You will collect and analyze customer and user requirements, matching these to EMIS Health products and services to ensure effective solutions.
- Providing advice and support as a system specialist regarding the configuration of EMIS Group products.
- You will detail customer activity reports within the agreed timeframe of a delivery day and encourage feedback for continued development and improvement.
- Travel to customer sites will be required, including multiple overnight stays each week.
