About the role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and mentoring team members to deliver excellence. You’ll take ownership of high-value client portfolios, lead on complex Training Needs Analyses (TNA), and develop innovative strategies to grow our apprenticeship and training services. Your expertise and leadership will shape the future of our apprenticeship provision, ensuring Get Set UK remains a trusted partner for employers and learners alike.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Strategic Client Management: Take ownership of high-value client portfolios, building trusted partnerships and ensuring long-term satisfaction through strategic, tailored apprenticeship and training solutions.
- Driving Growth: Lead on business development activities, leveraging your network and expertise to secure new apprenticeship opportunities, exceed sales targets, and expand our client base.
- Mentoring and Leadership: Act as a mentor and leader within the team, providing guidance to junior account managers and sharing best practices to elevate team performance.
- Complex Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conduct in-depth TNAs for key clients, delivering bespoke solutions that align with their business objectives and workforce development needs.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Oversee the onboarding and progress of apprentices, ensuring all documentation meets funding and compliance requirements while maintaining high retention rates.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organisations, training providers, and industry bodies, fostering a collaborative approach to apprenticeship delivery.
- Promoting EDI and Safety Standards: Uphold and champion safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring health and safety and PREVENT standards are embedded across all activities.
