We are seeking an experienced Internal Verifier and Quality Assurance Expert to join our team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on the internal verification and quality assurance of Health and Social Care Apprenticeship Standards, up to Level 5.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team of Health and Social Care Assessors, developing and implementing Quality Improvement Plans to drive continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.
Salary: £31,000 per annum

This permanent, full-time position requires a skilled professional with expertise in internal verification and quality assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning and supporting a team of assessors.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Must have mandatory experience working as an IQA for Health and Social Care Apprenticeships, up to Level 5.
- Hold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
- OCCUPATIONAL COMPETENCY IN CARE AT MANAGEMENT LEVEL REQUIRED.
- Ideally hold own NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle required.
- Flexibility with travel is essential.
