Job Title: Apprenticeship Delivery Manager
We are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality apprenticeships.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and delivering Teaching Assistant apprenticeships up to Level 3. This is a full-time, permanent role that involves remote work with occasional travel within a 50-mile radius of your location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create schemes of work and session plans under the guidance of the Quality Team.
- Deliver Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships up to Level 3.
- Evaluate learner performance within workplace settings.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with learners to monitor their advancement towards timely completion.
- Provide training sessions on a one-to-one or group basis, either in-person or online.
- Pursue ongoing training as identified through observation and line management processes.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Hold a relevant qualification in STLS, Teaching Assistance, or equivalent.
- Possess a Teaching or Assessing qualification such as TAQA, CAVA, A1, PGCE, PTLLS, or equivalent.
- Have experience working as a teaching assistant in mainstream education - primary, secondary, or alternative education.
$45,000 - $65,000 per annum
