The Role: The Assessment Team Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) at Corndel supports the improvement of teaching, learning, and assessment practices to meet End Point Assessment criteria. Responsibilities include driving outstanding practices, implementing changes for improvement, and supporting continual improvement in teaching, learning, and assessment delivery. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter who values inclusivity, change, and excellence.
Experience and Skills: Essential qualifications include a good understanding of Apprenticeship Standards, experience with Awarding Organisations, and effective communication and IT skills. Desirable qualifications include experience with portfolio systems, working with End Point Assessment Organisations, and influencing senior managers on curriculum development.
