Role
Seeking a Regional Trainer to work with their Homes in the North West/Yorkshire. Creating and delivering high quality training to the staff within the homes.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Regional Trainer you would be responsible for the delivery of staff training including carrying out induction, refresher and specialist training in a cluster of their homes. All homes are within an hour travel of one another.
You will be key part in the team as you will inspire, motivate and engage the team members to further their own learning and development.
You must:
- Have a passion for making a difference and working in the Care setting;
- Must have qualifications in Moving and handling/ Fire and Safety and First Aid;
- A driver and happy to travel;
- Experience as a trainer within Care Homes;
