We are seeking a passionate and proactive Academic Coach (Mathematics) and (English) to join our team and support students in achieving their full academic potential. The role focuses on providing targeted interventions in Mathematics to close learning gaps, increase student confidence, and raise attainment. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead engaging extra-curricular Mathematics and English clubs to inspire enthusiasm for the subject beyond the classroom.
This role is vital in fostering a positive attitude toward mathematics and English and helping students build the skills necessary for academic success.

Please note that Academic Coach works 37 hours per week (term-time only + 5 training days) and the actual salary paid for this post will therefore be at Band D x 0.7770, being the pro-rata amount for hours/weeks worked.
