We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainer to join us on a fixed term basis until July 2026 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Specialist with a background in legal services. The ideal candidate will work with third-party providers to create comprehensive training materials and artifacts, deliver training sessions both in the classroom and virtually, and develop training approach documents. This role is crucial in facilitating effective training activities to ensure our team is well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with third-party providers to design and develop training materials and artifacts tailored to legal services.Deliver engaging training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.Create detailed training approach documents to outline strategies and methodologies.Facilitate training activities, ensuring they are interactive and effective.Assess training needs and develop customised training programs to address specific requirements.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and development initiatives.
Qualifications: Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within the legal services industry.Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.Experience working with third-party providers to develop training materials.Proficiency in creating training approach documents and other related documentation.Ability to deliver training in both classroom and virtual environments.Strong organisational and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
