Customer Service and Employability Trainer

Recently, we have successfully assisted over 3,000 individuals in finding gainful employment by improving their industry skills and knowledge. As a result, we are expanding our team of Employability and Customer Service Trainers to deliver impactful programs across various regions in England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive classroom-based programs effectively.
- Build strong relationships with learners to promote positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous development of a high-quality curriculum, including initial assessments, diagnostics, lesson plans, and course materials.
- Inspire learners to actively participate and achieve success in their educational paths.
- Maintain accurate learner records and provide timely information updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 4 teaching qualification and substantial classroom teaching experience.
- Solid understanding of funding streams and delivery frameworks.
- Adaptive and effective teaching methods that engage diverse participants.
- Enhanced DBS certification.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
Salary: From £30,000 to £34,999
