Management Information Services Business Partner Officer - Adult/HE Learning. (2 posts available)PS2600Salary: £24,494 to £27,809 per annum. Professional Services Band 7, Points 25 to 30.Contract Type: 37 hours Per Week. 52 Weeks per year. Full-Time Permanent.Location: Paignton, DevonWe are looking to recruit an MIS Business Partner Officer to support the Student Data and Funding team to ensure curriculum planning is completed in a timely manner. You will proactively advise College Staff on curriculum setup and funding, providing specialist advice in a clear, accessible and relevant way and assist with effective administration and maintenance of the College’s curriculum planning throughout the academic year.
You will utilise excellent interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service to staff, students and any other college stakeholders, whilst delivering a continuous process of improvement for the systems they use within the remit of the role. You will follow up any issues raised relating to curriculum planning, hours, staffing or funding by liaising with relevant College staff.
The successful candidate will hold both GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths at a minimum of Grade 4 or equivalent. You should have a Business Administration or Customer Service Level 3 qualification with excellent administration and interpersonal skills and a relevant IT qualification at Level 2 or higher.
