About the role: We are welcoming driven and enthusiastic sixth form / college leavers and graduates who are looking to start an apprenticeship.
We have roles available in our Northampton, Leicester and Southampton offices and you will learn the role of either Audit, Accounts, Corporate Finance or Property Assistant.
A fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to start your career, working towards an internationally recognised qualification (Audit, Accounts and Corporate Finance - AAT Level 3 and 4 followed by ACCA or ACA, Property - MRICS via a degree apprenticeship) and gaining valuable on-the-job experience with a highly respected business advisory and accountancy firm.
You will join a dynamic team and work with a range of different businesses and rapidly gain responsibility whilst at the same time completing your qualification with us.
You'll have a dedicated people manager and apprentice support manager and work within a team of like-minded individuals at various stages in their studies.
During the application process you will learn more about each of the different service lines and the roles and responsibilities for each. In all roles you will learn how to work effectively in a team, how to build strong and lasting professional relationships and also how to deliver exceptional client service. They are diverse roles and you need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and have a willingness to learn.

About you: Successful candidates for this role will be personable and hard-working. We provide you with meaningful support as you undertake your exam training and the exams themselves. Whilst we want you to progress rapidly in your career, equally we will only enter you for exams when you are properly prepared.
We are looking for the following skills and experience:- 4 GCSEs at grade 9-4 (A*-C), including English and Maths, or a Level 2 qualification (Merit or Distinction) in a related subject
- two A-Levels and three GCSEs (or their equivalent) for graduate
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills as a minimum
- highly personable with excellent communication skills
- organised, efficient with attention to detail
- able to work as part of a team and ask for help
- motivated and enthusiastic
- able to demonstrate drive and initiative
- able to reliably commute to the relevant office
