Main Tasks
- Develop and maintain a robust assessment system to ensure continuous clinical support and supervision.
- Provide expert advice on professional development opportunities to enhance practice and patient care.
- Support practice development and project work within the service, promoting excellence in clinical care.
- Collaborate with senior clinical staff to create an effective learning environment for all individuals seeking knowledge and experience in perioperative practice.
Essential Requirements
- Diploma/PG Cert in Peri-Operative Practice or equivalent experience.
- Experience of leading a team and evidence of resource management.
- Evidence of developing or delivering teaching/learning sessions in practice.
- Evidence of continual professional and personal development.
Compensation Package
£37,338 - £44,962 per annum pro rata.
