About The Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Trainer with a background in finance systems and data analysis or a finance professional with strong technical and training skills looking to step into a dedicated training role.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

This central role will be reporting directly to the owner, a skilled and experienced IT expert.

The focus will be facilitating a range of Training and training support to clients.

What You Will Be Doing

Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to end-users on:
Customised Finance System
Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level)
Power BI -
Data Analysis & Reporting
Training Materials Development:
Create comprehensive workbooks, user guides, presentations, and e-learning content
Develop tailored training plans to suit different user levels and business needs
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to identify training requirements
Provide ongoing support and advice to users post-training
Travel & Collaboration:
Travel to client sites as required for in-person training (Birmingham, London, SE England, and UK-wide with notice)
Attend the office at least 1 day per week to collaborate with the training team and share insights

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

By Demonstrating Skills And Knowledge In These Essential Areas

Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Finance Systems Trainer, or similar role

✅ Strong understanding of Finance Systems - ideally with procurement and cost reporting experience

✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VBA, Power Query, PivotTables, complex formulas)

✅ Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and analysis

✅ Strong data analysis skills.

✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

✅ Experience developing structured training materials (user guides, presentations, e-learning)

✅Willingness to travel for client training sessions and work from the office 1 day per week

Competitive Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 (initial probationary rate of £30,000 for 3 months)
