I am a qualified level 4 Sports coach with over 3 years experience working within Primary Schools and running summer sport camps. My sport associations are at club, national and country level, which has allowed me to gain excellent communication skills, organisation skills and a very strong work ethic. My overarching experience accounts for circa 5 years in customer service across all of my roles, which included effectively dealing with and resolving customer queries, ensuring satisfaction in fast paced environments. I have the ability to learn very quickly to ensure my performance exceeds expectations. I am passionate about extending my career and enhance my experiences to date with a view to helping the business I represent to be best in class.
