About

To give you a background on my skills and experience, I have had over 10 years’ experience in customer Service advisory, supervisory and administration. With providing exceptional level of customer service, I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven experience in the delivering a high level of quality customer service.

I have always been committed to putting the customer first and always meet or exceed customer expectations. I have always taken pride in providing the best possible customer service experience, and to now do this within a field alongside my criminology master’s degree would be a great opportunity and brand-new career development for me. I am always open to learning new things and adapt to any change made within any business as change always brings opportunity.

I also have training experience, where I ensured staff members were trained on various aspects of the business and had to take then through sign off process for them to be competent within their Job Role. In order to do this, I completed the management induction programme course, where I became fully accredited. As a subject matter expert, I gained a lot of experience in supporting team members where there were areas of development or training needs so that every individual could perform to an exceptional level.

I have also organised various events, such as graduations for learners, fundraising for charities such as cancer research, children in need and sports relief and have experience as an admin assistant in an apprenticeship company, where i had to ensure learners were fully equip for their courses, providing them with learning material and pointing them in the right direction.

In doing my undergraduate criminology and criminal justice degree and a Master’s degree in comparative criminology, I have gained extensive knowledge of the criminal justice system and law and order and how important it is to ensure safety of UK citizens.

Being a competent focused and experienced worker, whose key strength is showing strong commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and management skills consistently, I am a great team player, who understands that communication skills are key and effective in any job role that I do and will always be proficient in understanding team needs.
