Role

Providing first-line IT support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Installing and configuring PCs, laptops, servers, and network equipment
Setting up and maintaining software such as Windows, Office 365, and antivirus programs
Monitoring network performance, identifying issues, and working with cabling infrastructure
Gaining exposure to cloud technologies, including Azure and backup systems
Learning to automate tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell
