Role
- Providing first-line IT support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Installing and configuring PCs, laptops, servers, and network equipment
- Setting up and maintaining software such as Windows, Office 365, and antivirus programs
- Monitoring network performance, identifying issues, and working with cabling infrastructure
- Gaining exposure to cloud technologies, including Azure and backup systems
- Learning to automate tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell
