To support our strategic objective to select, recruit, induct, develop and retain the best people we are creating a People Development Team which will add six new roles to the existing team. This is an exciting time to become part of our new team and support Ian Williams to make a difference together.

We are now looking for a People Development Administrator to provide vital administrative, logistical and coordination support to the whole People Development Team. In return, being a critical part of our commercial success will bring you security. This role will be based in our Head Office in Chipping Sodbury (Bristol). Office hours are hybrid with typically 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

The People Development Administrator role will involve:

Providing general administrative support to the People Development team; working closely with the People Development Manager to establish robust processes to ensure accurate recording and reporting of development initiatives.
Acting as the first point of contact for people development queries from our colleagues across the business.
Creating and maintaining training materials and information
Day-to-day maintenance of People Development systems, ensuring learner records are up to date and producing reports to support mandatory training compliance.
Organising training courses including promoting events, arranging venues, managing delegate bookings and preparing course materials
Administering processes related to apprenticeships and other development programmes and qualifications.
Continuously improving our administrative processes.

What will you bring as People Development Administrator?

Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong communication skills, engaging with colleagues, key stakeholders and external suppliers
Competent organisational and planning skills, to manage your time and meet deadlines and objectives.
Excellent attention to detail.
Confident with technology, including Microsoft Office.
Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work, you thrive off supporting others and presenting solutions
