This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, delivering impactful and effective learning solutions. As a consultant, you will have the chance to work on various projects, creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for delegates.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and adapt training sessions to different group sizes and sectors in face-to-face settings and online using Zoom and Teams.
Create and design L&D materials, sessions, content, and exercises that meet client needs.
Become familiar with our CRM system to track and capture key data effectively.
Contribute to the growth of the business through social media activity and networking events.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary based on your level of experience, skills, and qualifications, around £35,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).

Essential Skills and Qualities:
