This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, delivering impactful and effective learning solutions. As a consultant, you will have the chance to work on various projects, creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for delegates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and adapt training sessions to different group sizes and sectors in face-to-face settings and online using Zoom and Teams.
- Create and design L&D materials, sessions, content, and exercises that meet client needs.
- Become familiar with our CRM system to track and capture key data effectively.
- Contribute to the growth of the business through social media activity and networking events.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary based on your level of experience, skills, and qualifications, around £35,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).

Essential Skills and Qualities:
