Assessor / Skills Coach
We are looking for individuals with expertise in Apprenticeship standards to oversee the caseload management of apprentices. For our current vacancies, we are seeking candidates with a Mechanical bias, along with candidates who are qualified and experienced in IT, Business and AAT. Candidates will have a good working knowledge of EPA’s, and will be responsible for overseeing the reviewing process, including the tracking of learner progress. Our Coach’s require excellent communication skills, representing the college to employers, and also working collaboratively with our internal curriculum teams.
As the role requires visiting and observing Apprentices in the work environment a driving licence and access to a vehicle is necessary.
Salary: up to £27,968
Hours: 37 hours per week (part time applications will be considered)
Annual Leave: 30 days, plus bank holidays, plus Christmas closure
Tenure: Permanent
