What we need from you - skill base requirements:
Experience
· Working in an adult education environment including apprenticeships
· Use of learner management systems
· Mentoring and supporting learners
· Working with employer stakeholders
· Assessing learner work
Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)
· A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance
· CAVA/TAQA (desirable)
· Level 3 Award in Education and Training (desirable)
· Level 2 or above CIH Certificate in Housing Practice (desirable)
· GCSE English and Maths Level 2 (essential)
The successful applicant will match the below skill set
1. Competent at using Microsoft Packages including excel and Teams
2. Effective verbal and written communicator at all levels
3. Good administrative and organisational skills
4. Process and compliance driven.
5. Able to manage a busy workload, organised and has a proactive and flexible approach to working
6. Ability to work collaboratively with learners, employers and members of the Kingdom Academy and Group Services
7. Ability to motivate learners
8. Work independently with the minimum of supervision
What the role is

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsibility for managing a caseload of learners on apprenticeship programmes
· Supporting and monitoring learner progress on programme
· Prepare and deliver workshops (face to face or remotely using Microsoft teams)
· Assess learner work
· Carry out learner reviews
· Able to self-manage, get learners through the programme in a timely way and meet Kingdom Academy Key Performance Indicators
· Produce reports as required
· Liaise with employers and colleagues at Kingdom Academy and Group Services
