Job Summary:
We are looking for an exceptional individual to support the delivery of outstanding apprenticeship programmes with a focus on diversity, talent pipeline development, and exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience:
- Manage communications with Corporate and Technology apprenticeship candidates, ensuring prompt responses to queries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Plan and execute assessment centres, including logistics, pre-event invitations, and communication.
- Provide insightful feedback post-assessment and efficiently manage pipelines via our bespoke applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure Compliance and Accuracy:
- Adhere to internal processes and relevant legislation to ensure compliance.
- Support candidates with reasonable adjustments, liaising directly with applicants to provide assistance.
- Verify and record visa eligibility documents for new hires.
Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
