Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have experience in an L&D team with similar responsibilities, be well-organized, a strong communicator with good initiative, and proficient in IT applications. Key tasks include:
- Coordinating diary availability with trainers and participants, scheduling learning events, and site visits
- Managing the Learning and Development event tracker and setting up, coordinating, and running meetings, workshops, venues, and facilities
- Owning digital learning platforms, maintaining training data, training bookings, training programme applications, records, and documents via these platforms and MS Excel
- Supporting the administration of activities such as apprenticeships, graduates, trainees, local careers fairs, and events
