Surrey County Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Childcare Apprenticeship Trainer and Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality apprenticeships to learners working in residential childcare settings.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering training programs that meet the needs of learners;
- Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback;
- Maintaining accurate records of learner achievement and progress;
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of apprenticeships;
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential childcare, with a focus on teaching and assessment. They will also be flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to providing exceptional support to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
