Job Overview
The role of a Technical Skills Coach/Trainer Electrical Apprenticeships is to manage a caseload of apprentices and provide support for our L3 Electrical Apprenticeship Programme.
We are seeking someone who can enhance the apprentice and employer experience through effective skills coaching, mentoring, and teaching. The goal is to ensure that apprentices are well-prepared to achieve a successful end-point assessment.
This role involves overseeing the progress of apprentices, offering guidance and support, and facilitating their development in the field of electrical apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping apprentices acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen profession.
The salary for this position is approximately £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
