Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing a caseload of apprentices and providing support for our L3 Electrical Apprenticeship Programme.
- Delivering high-quality training and coaching to apprentices, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Working closely with the programme team to ensure the successful delivery of the apprenticeship programme.
- Providing guidance and support to apprentices as needed, including one-to-one coaching and group sessions.
The salary for this position is approximately £38,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
