Job Title: Skills Development Coach

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Skills Development Coach to join our team. As a key member of the training provider's staff, you will be responsible for supporting an allocated caseload of Engineering Apprentices throughout their programme.
This includes providing Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) as well as support and development opportunities from onboarding through to End Point Assessment.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that each apprentice reaches their full potential and achieves their desired outcomes. This will involve working closely with both the apprentices and their employers to identify and address any barriers to success.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
You should also have a thorough understanding of the engineering sector and be able to provide guidance on career progression and job opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified coach or mentor with experience of working within education or training settings. A proven track record of delivering results-driven coaching and mentoring programmes would be highly desirable.
