Job Summary
Comunidadlift is seeking a highly skilled Youth Development Coach to join our Performance Analysis Department. The successful candidate will have excellent coaching skills and be able to work with young players to improve their performance.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Performance Analysis and Lead Academy Analyst to develop and implement the Academy Analysis service. You will also be responsible for coordinating analysis support for the U15-16s phase and ensuring that all required analytical output is provided for individual, pre-match and post-match activities.
You will need to have a strong understanding of youth development and be able to create and implement effective coaching plans. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Relevant undergraduate degree (e.g. Sports Science or Coaching)
- Experience working with young players
- Strong coaching skills and ability to create effective coaching plans
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary range of £18,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance and a pension scheme.
