As Learning Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end learning process, overseeing our Gold Standard apprenticeship scheme, and collaborating with leadership teams to build management capability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and goals
- Maintain accurate records of employee progress and development
Requirements:
- Degree in Education, Training, or related field
- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
