We support businesses by providing training and business support including employability skills and professional development courses, subcontracting, B2B and sales to compliance, work experience and placements as well as externally-funded educational projects.
About the role:
We are seeking to appoint an Hourly Paid Trainer to work within our Employability department. We are looking for qualified, passionate and experienced hourly paid trainers to deliver SIA training in Door Supervision and Security Officer. The SIA courses are delivered to unemployed learners looking to work in the security industry. The course we deliver are short courses and delivered full time between Mon – Fri, 9-5. Courses are delivered across various sites in North & East London i.e. Tottenham & Enfield Campuses plus Canning Town & Barking, where we have training rooms. It is important that the trainer is willing to travel across sites to deliver these courses, if required.
About you:
- Must have at least a L3 teaching qualification.
- Valid SIA licence
- Right to work in the UK
- 10 years checkable references
- No criminal convictions
- Level 3 Conflict Management
- Level 3 Physical intervention & PI Licence
