About the Position
This Learning and Development Leader role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on site performance and culture, leading learning and development activities in a fast-paced FMCG | Food Industry environment.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role, ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry, and will be responsible for implementing and developing L&D strategies, programmes, and training across the site.
- Develop and implement effective Learning and Development strategies to enhance site performance and culture.
- Lead and develop the site training team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee the site apprenticeship scheme.
- Work with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects.
Your Background
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful L&D strategies.
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and opportunities for professional development.
