Copello Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Steelworker Qualified individual to fill the role of Apprentice Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners. You will also assess and monitor learner progress & performance in line with standards and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competence, and coach employees and learners to reach their full potential by providing key support, mentoring, challenge and motivation throughout all aspects of their learning journey.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 based on location and industry standards.
