Salary: £41,997 - £44,796 (dependent on experience)

What You’ll Do
As an Apprentice & Skills Development Coach, you will:
- Deliver engaging and impactful teaching, learning, and assessment sessions, helping learners unlock their full potential.
- Guide and mentor apprentices throughout their development journey, offering personalized support and motivation.
- Monitor and assess learners' progress to ensure they meet occupational standards and excel in their roles.
- Design and implement innovative, blended learning experiences that promote creativity, problem-solving, and vocational excellence.
- Address welfare and safeguarding needs with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has effective coaching and mentoring skills to inspire and support learners.
- Possesses strong interpersonal abilities, especially in dealing with safeguarding and welfare matters.
- Is a qualified and experienced Steelworker with a proven track record in the trade.
- Is IT literate and comfortable using technology in a learning environment.
- Ideally holds an A1 Assessor qualification (desirable).
Experience working within the submarines or maritime sector would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
